Issues: Senior Citizens Entitlements and the Safety Net Taxes

I believe the current tax code needs to be thrown out and the IRS eliminated. I support a flat tax that is determined from a person's total income. I would eliminate all deductions, rebates, and credits for all individuals and businesses. I would have two distinct lines in the tax structure. If you make less than the current poverty line, you pay no taxes whatsoever. If you make over the "rich" line you do not receive Social Security payments, unemployment benefits or any other monetary government supplements.
